Southeastern Home Care is committed to providing exceptional health care services in the home.  A joint venture of Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, Barnesville Hospital and American Nursing Care, Southeastern Home Care has extensive experience and commitment to the highest quality ideals. Our team approach to care provides you and your loved ones with optimal outcomes.

 Our team of caring professionals provides the following services:

 Nursing Services.  Skilled registered nurses and licensed professional nurses assist with your medical needs.

 Home Health Aide.  Aides help with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and the activities of daily living.

 Homemaker.  Individuals assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping and other errands.

 Companion.  Caregivers share time together, participate in activities, supervise and assist with meal preparation.

 Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies.  Therapists provide a range of rehabilitation services aimed at improving the quality of life.

 Social Services.  Medical social workers assist with financial and social needs and help in connecting with community resources.

 Specialty Programs and Services Include:

  • Anticoagulation Therapy

  • Nutritional Support

  • Diabetes Teaching and Assistance
